OVER 10 YEARS OF INVENTORY APPRAISAL EXPERTISE
Jeremy Beckwith – Vice President at Range Valuation Services, LLC and manager of the Inventory Appraisal group – has been involved in the valuation and appraisal industry for the last 10 years both domestically and internationally.
Jeremy previously worked for B. Riley Advisory Services (fka. Great American Group) for seven years where he headed up the Inventory Appraisal team for the Southwest Region. Throughout his career he has completed appraisals across a wide range of industry verticals, including metals and metal working, automotive, construction equipment and inventory, building materials, food and beverage, oil and gas, chemicals and plastics, packaging, and many others.
Prior to B. Riley, Jeremy worked for American Appraisal (acquired by Duff and Phelps), where he was involved in fixed asset and building appraisals. This appraisal group was heavily focused on reproduction new valuations utilized in insurance coverage.

Frequent conversations with company management are essential to the appraisal process. Understanding operations, customer bases, procurement, sales, the intricacies of asset financial management practices are key to accurately assessing the value of assets.
INSPECTION OF ASSETS
Range’s appraisers conduct on-site evaluations to further understand the nature of assets, the condition of these assets, and the operational procedures of the various sites. We believe these visits are key to understanding the underlying value of the assets being appraised.
